Notice of Board Changes and Upcoming Elections

Due to recent changes in Board membership, several members of the Orchard Club Board of Directors have stepped down from their positions, leaving two members currently serving.

A Members Meeting was originally scheduled for Saturday, November 21st at 1:00 PM. However, due to these recent changes and the need to fill vacant Board positions, the meeting has been rescheduled for Saturday, October 31st at 9:30 AM.

Board of Directors Vacancies

The Orchard Club currently has two serving Board members. To meet the minimum requirement of five members under our bylaws, we need to elect at least three additional Board members.

Our Board can consist of up to 13 members, providing opportunities for additional members to get involved and serve.

• Treasurer

Board Membership Requirements

To be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors, individuals must:

• Have at least one year of continuous sobriety or one year of recovery in another 12-step group.
• Be an active member of the Orchard Club.

We Need Your Skills and Experience!

We especially encourage members with knowledge or experience in the following areas to consider serving:

• Finance and Accounting
• Business Management
• Marketing and Social Media
• Nonprofit Leadership
• Previous Board Experience

Whether you have served on a Board before or simply have skills and ideas to contribute, we welcome your involvement!
